To make the auction experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’d like to share a few helpful reminders: Preview Items in Person – While our team does our best to provide accurate descriptions, we are not experts in every item we sell. We strongly encourage you to inspect items yourself prior to bidding so you can determine condition, authenticity, and any other details important to your purchase. Bring Help for Loading – Please plan ahead by bringing help to load your purchases or arranging a hauling service for larger items. Pickup Window – Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time. Any items left behind will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will apply. Invoices and Payments – Invoices must be paid at the time of pickup. Unpaid invoices will result in suspension of bidding privileges with our company. We value your participation and want your experience with Grindstaff’s Auction Marketing Group to be both fair and enjoyable. Thank you again for choosing to do business with us—we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming auctions!
