Auction Details Preview / Inspection March 26, 2026 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location 2142 Richmond Hwy #102 Stafford, VA 22554 Online Bidding Closes March 27, 2026 Starting at 7:00 PM Pickup March 30, 2026 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM By appointment only. Bring sufficient help and proper tools for loading. Auction staff cannot assist with heavy removal. Special Removal Requirements Certain items require disassembly and specialized removal and will have a separate removal window: Tuesday, March 31st 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Items requiring special removal may include: • Walk-In Freezer • Exterior Sam’s Pizza Storefront Sign • Grill Hood Systems • Large ventilation and exhaust equipment IMPORTANT: Grill hood systems are connected to a fire suppression system and must be removed by a qualified professional with appropriate tools and knowledge. Buyers are responsible for all disconnection, dismantling, rigging, and removal of these items. Place Your Bids Enter your bid amount and confirm. You may also place a max bid, allowing the system to automatically bid for you in the set increments. Auction Closing Bidding begins closing March 27 starting at 7:00 PM. Lots close in staggered intervals, and bidding will extend if a bid is placed in the final moments. Winning & Payment Winning bidders will receive an invoice after the auction. Payment will be processed using the credit card on file unless other arrangements are approved. Pickup Pickup is Monday, March 30 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM by appointment only at the auction location. Bring your own help, tools, and equipment for removal.
