Own a piece of Richmond history. Two original political cartoons signed by renowned editorial cartoonist, Fred O. Seibel. The first, "Maybe this is a two man job." pictures President Franklin D. Roosevelt with Senator Harry F. Byrd at the wheel of the U.S. Ship of State. The second is a dramatic  aerial view of the city,  showing agricultural fields and several recognizable Richmond landmarks. Entitled "Over the hills and far away."  Seibel (1886-1968) was a highly prolific American editorial  cartoonist, known for his long, distinguished career with the Richmond Times Dispatch. Over his 60 year career, he produced over 16,000 cartoons.  Donated by Joan Richards.
