How Can I Bid? Create an Account Click the Register to Bid button. If this is your first time bidding with us, select Sign Up to create a username and password. Register for the Auction After creating your account, register for this auction. You will be asked to enter a valid credit card. We do not charge your card to register. A $10 authorization may appear temporarily to verify identity and payment ability. This is not a charge and usually drops off within a few hours. Place Bids You can place: A regular bid at the next increment, or A Max Bid, which allows the system to automatically bid for you up to your chosen amount. If you are outbid or your max bid is reached, you will receive an email notification (if enabled in your account). Closing Format Lots close at a rate of three items per minute. Extended bidding is enabled. If a bid is placed within the final minute, that lot will remain open for an additional minute. Payment & Invoices An emailed invoice is sent immediately after the auction ends. All credit cards are charged at auction close. A paid invoice is required before item pickup. How Can I Update My Payment Information? Click your name in the top-right corner of the page Select Account Scroll down and choose Update Payment Method Enter your current credit card information and save Make sure it is selected as your default card Forgot Your Password? Go to the Sign-In page Click Forgot your password? Enter the email address associated with your bidder account Check your inbox for the reset link If you do not see it, check your spam folder Notifications & Outbid Alerts Unread notifications appear as a red badge next to the menu icon. To receive outbid emails: Open the menu and go to Account Under Notifications, ensure email alerts are enabled
